We are currently collecting results for the Annual Tenant Quality Survey.

Each year Active commissions an independent confidential tenant survey. Ranging from maintenance services through to overall treatment of all tenants, the quality feedback survey asks our tenants to tell us how satisfied they are with our services. The survey includes 12 questions and extensive opportunities for further comments.

Active utilise this survey to monitor, analyse and continuously improve our services to all of our valued tenants.

Active would like to thank our tenants who have already completed and submitted their results and we look forward to releasing the results later this year.
