annecto and Active Community Housing are inviting Expressions of Interest for NDIS participants to live at our new 4 unit development in St Albans.
These four SDA one bedroom units are available to NDIS participants with Specialist Disability Accommodation in their plan. There is also a staff unit onsite for staff sleepover and administration. The units are currently being built and we expect SDA participants to move in during October 2018.
The units are built to a high standard of finish and located in a quiet residential setting with each 59 square meter unit including fully accessible bedroom, bathroom and living area. Each unit has a private courtyard.
The units are situated at the corner of and Browne Avenue and Kerry Court, St Albans. The units have easy access to train and bus and community facilities. All units are connected to a separate 24-hour carers unit through smart technology.
There are three stages to our process:
- NDIS participants submit an Expression of Interest by Friday 14th September and we will confirm your SDA eligibility and interest in this property and send you an application form to fill out and return to us.
- Visit and view the units in person and decide if it is for you or not.
- You will receive an offer of accommodation and confirm your acceptance or alternatively not be offered accommodation.
If you wish to submit an expression of interest for one of these four units or have any questions please contact Leah Anderson (Housing and Support Manager) at annecto. Email: Leah.Anderson@annecto.org.au
